What we need from you…

If you are considering selling your business and would like to receive an initial valuation or indication of interest from TAG Software Group, please prepare and submit the following information. This ensures we can evaluate your business efficiently and with a clear understanding of your current position.

  • Website and Information Memorandum.

    • Quarterly statements: income, balance sheet, and cash flow.

    • Revenue mix breakdown (subscription, license, services, recurring, etc.).

    • COGS composition.

  • Any available detail on recurring revenue retention rates.

  • Summary of lease obligations, by location, showing monthly financial obligations and termination dates.

  • Trailing twelve-month (TTM) revenue by customer, by product/service line (anonymous reporting is fine).

  • Anonymised employee roster, showing function, geography, tenure, and salary.

  • Cap table, including the total amount of equity funding (if applicable).
