Hrithik Patel

Hrithik Patel is an M&A Analyst based in Toronto, where he works across the full deal lifecycle, from origination to closing, partnering closely with founders and internal teams to take opportunities from first conversation to completed transaction. 

Prior to joining Valsoft, Hrithik gained experience in institutional investing and capital markets, including roles at OPG Pension Plan and RBC Capital Markets.

Hrithik graduated with distinction from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and staying active through sports, and is a passionate soccer fan, always on the lookout for the next good pickup game.
