Harrison Waddell

Harrison is an Investment Analyst based in Montreal, where he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities.

Prior to joining Valsoft, Harrison was an M&A Analyst at AYCE Capital, where he executed multiple platform acquisitions. He previously held investment roles at Framework Venture Partners and BDC Capital. Supporting sourcing and diligence across a range of software investments.

Harrison studied politics philosophy and economics at the University of Western Ontario, and holds and HBA from the Ivey Business School. Outside of work Harrison is an avid rock climber, reader, and baker.
