Aidin Mohsenin is a seasoned technology executive with over 15 years of experience leading global operations, professional services, and customer success functions across the software industry. As Portfolio Manager & Managing Director at Tag Software Group, Aidin is responsible for overseeing the performance and strategic direction of several portfolio companies, guiding them through operational excellence, growth, and long-term value creation.
Before his current role, Aidin held senior leadership positions at Valsoft Corporation, including Senior Director of Operations. His deep operational expertise, combined with a strong focus on customer success, has helped scale multiple software businesses and drive post-acquisition value.
He began his career in consulting and project management at Tenrox (now part of Upland Software), building a solid foundation in enterprise software deployment and customer engagement.
Aidin holds a Master of Engineering in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Concordia University. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Waterloo, blending technical expertise with a critical thinking mindset that informs his leadership approach.
