Abdul Mohammed

Abdul Mohammed is an Investment Lead based in Toronto and responsible for evaluating and executing transactions globally.

He leads the end-to-end investment process across a variety of industries, working closely with founders and leadership teams from deal sourcing through diligence, structuring and closing.

Prior to Valsoft, Abdul worked in Corporate Development at GeoComply Solutions, where he supported M&A, investments, and corporate strategy initiatives. Abdul started his career in finance at BMO Capital Markets, where he worked as an Analyst in the Global Markets group.

Beyond his work in software investing, Abdul is an avid Toronto sports fan and enjoys going to the gym, playing a variety of sports, and travelling to new countries.
