TAG moves quickly after an acquisition. That means we need experienced leaders ready to step in on short notice — people who can stabilize an operation, earn the trust of an existing team, and start compounding value in the first 90 days.

We keep a bench of qualified operators across our verticals. When we acquire a business that needs new leadership, the bench is who we call first.
